We’ll investigate the lore and associations of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, and cardamom. We’ll talk about the mythology of evergreens and conifers and discover how their mythology informs their energetics. And we’ll make and taste some delicious holiday treats.

As always, you’ll come away with some of the foods and blends we make together.
